The attention of the Kano State Ministry for Public Procurement, Project Monitoring and Evaluation (MPPPM&E) has been drawn to fraudulent phone calls being made by an individual who falsely identifies herself as Hajiya Hadiza Ibrahim with phone number (+2349013782697, +2349036876486), claiming to be a staff member of the Ministry . This individual is reportedly contacting contractors and demanding the renewal of due process licenses under the guise of an "Emergency Award of Contract." She further requests that payments be made into various bank accounts, including that of one *Aliyu Yahaya* , FCMB with account number *6092046011* .
