KHETFUND Verifies ₦48M Medical Equipment Intervention at Abdullahi Wase Teaching Hospital

The strategic oversight visit was designed to audit the utilization and deployment of critical healthcare interventions funded by the agency. As part of its 2025 Regular Intervention cycle, KHETFUND disbursed the sum of Forty-Eight Million Naira (₦48,000,000) to the teaching hospital on October 9, 2025. The funding was specifically earmarked for the procurement of essential lifesaving diagnostic and therapeutic equipment, including an advanced Ultrasound Scanning Machine, a heavy-duty Autoclave machine, and a modern Baby Incubator.
