Kano Civil Service Commission Denies Selling of Employment Application Form

The attention of the Kano State Civil Service Commission has been drawn to a misleading announcement circulating regarding the sale of application forms for employment into the state civil service.

The Commission categorically confirmed that this announcement is false, baseless, and not authorized by any government agency. The general public is hereby advised to disregard such information and refrain from engaging with individuals or groups making such claims.

We urge the public to rely on official government channels for verified updates regarding employment opportunities and other activities of the Commission. Any official communication will be disseminated through the appropriate government platforms.

The Commission remains committed to transparency and due process in all recruitment exercises. Anyone found engaging in fraudulent activities in the name of the Commission will face legal consequences.

Society launches 2025 humanitarian activities calendar in Kano

By Zainab Olufunmi  The Nigerian Red Cross Society (NRCS), Kano state branch, has urged volunteers to embark on house to house enlightenment to educate mothers on childcare, hygiene, and environmental health.  The Executive Secretary of the NRCS Kano Branch, Alhaji Musa Abdullahi, stated this at a news conference on Monday in Kano.  He said that the enlightenment is meant to ensure the well-being of children and the community at large. He reaffirmed the society's dedication to supporting government and aiding communities in Kano through continuous humanitarian efforts. He launched the 2025 humanitarian activities calendar to enhance public awareness and coordination of its services across the state and beyond.
